HealthSpan, INC owns and operates Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF), Adult Family Homes (AFH) and Supportive Living Opportunities (SLO) in the Milwaukee area serving adult residents who are developmentally or cognitively disabled.                          

HealthSpan, INC also owns and operates LynnWood of Delafield, a small class C-CBRFserving clients with the frailities of aging and/or dementia in the Pewaukee area.        

In addition, A Child's Garden of Friends Daycare is also owned and operated by HealthSpan, INC.  The daycare has a preschool program and an afterschool program for school-aged children.

 

The assited living sites for the elderly and disabled are all under the direction of HealthSpan, INC which is owned and operated by an RN with over 20 years experience.  HealthSpan, INC accepts private pay, private insurance and is contracted with Milwuakee County Disability Services. For further information, inquiries or to shcedule a visit call our office at (414)541-4700.
