CBRF, AFH & SLO Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) Bradley House is a small 6-bed CBRF in a quiet neighborhood setting.  There are 2 double and 2 single rooms, common rooms and a pleasant outdoor area.  The home is located near several bus lines and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, parks and entertainment. Herman House is a small 6-bed CBRF in a quiet neighborhood setting.  There are 6 private bedrooms in a duplex setting which makes it feel like an apartment.  The facility is located near several bus lines and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, parks and entertainment. Adult Family Home (AFH) Abbey Manor is a 4-bed AFH on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood near Whitnall Park.  Each room is individual and the house is spacious with 3 living rooms and 2 full baths.  This facility was remodeled for physical disabilities and is wheelchair accessible. Supportive Living Opportunities (SLO) We operate several Supportive Living Opportunties throughout Milwaukee County.   SLOs are for individuals who desire a more independent lifestyle.  They are located near shopping and recreation for community integration.  They provide single-bed rooms and on-site laundry facilities.  Some of the sites are wheelchair accessible.  We are willing to work with individuals in a desired location.
